DAL SALAD

Ingredients:
1. Oil – 1 tbsp
2. Asafoetida- pinch
3. Yellow moong dal- 1 cup
4. Red chilli powder- 1 tsp
5. Salt- to taste
6. Sugar- 1 tsp
7. Lemon juice- 1tbsp
8. Tomatoes chopped- ½ cup
9. Coriander leaves- 1 cup
10. Raw mango – 1 tsp
11. Mint leaves- 10-12 leaves
12. Boondi- ½ bowl
13. Sev- 2 tbsp
14. Chat masala- ½ tsp
15. Panipuri puries—few (optional)

METHOD:
First of all par boil the moong dal separately. Then add all the ingredients from 4 to 11 one by one and mixing in a bowl. Then season it in oil with a pinch asafoetida. Then add the chat masala , sev, boondi lastly and serve immediatetly. Put the salad as a topping in the puri and serve. Garnish with mint leaves on top.

Energy-99 calory ,protein- 6.4 g , carbohydrate- 17.5g , fiber- 5.4 g , fat- 0.4 g, cholesterol- 0 mg. Overall this salad is good to build up muscles especially six pack .
