Bajari Roti Pizza

Ingredients:

For The Dough:

  1. Bajari or pearl millet flour – 1/2 cup
  2. Wheat flour – 1/2 cup
  3. Salt to taste
  4. Oil – 1 tbsp
  5. Water – according to need

Ingredients for toppings:

  1. Pizza sauce – 2 tbsp
  2. Red Capsicum – 2 tbsp [finely chopped]
  3. Yellow Capsicum 2 tbsp [finely chopped]
  4. Green Capsicum – 2 tbsp[finely chopped]
  5. Onions               – 2 tbsp[finely chopped]
  6. Paneer grated – 2 tbsp
  7. Oregano – 1 tsp
  8. Paprika – 1 tsp
  9. Pizza seasoning – 1 tsp
  10. Cheese grated – 1-2 cubes

METHOD:

Firstly,combine all the flours and bind into a soft dough. Then roll out into a medium size roti and dry cook on a tawa. Remove from flame and apply butter on it. Then when assembling , apply the sauce, all the toppings one by one then put the seasonings, oregano, paprika, basil, pizza seasoning. Sprinkle paneer grated, cheese grated 1 cube .

Finally, put in a pre-heated oven to bake the roti pizza for 12 -15 minutes at 180 degree. And the pizza is ready to serve with doppling of sauce on it.
