  1. Roasted oats- ¼ cup
  2. Roasted sesame seed- 2tbsp
  3. Marie biscuits- 7-8
  4. Peanut butter- 3tbsp
  5. Dark chocolate- ½ cup
  6. Grated coconut- 1-2 tbsp


First of all roast the sesame seeds and keep it aside to cool. Then, crush the marie biscuits in the jar.

Take another bowl mix above ingredients and add the peanut butter. Mix well to form a dough like consistency. Then, form small balls out of it, flatten it in a cookie shape and set in the freezer for 5 minutes.

After 5 minutes remove and dip the sides of the cookie in melted dark chocolates and coat it with grated coconut and set it in freezer for another five minutes.

And the cookies are ready to serve.


These cookies are full of fiber, protein, carbohydrate and 0% fat.
