Have you ever heard of a soup made from oats?? You should definitely try this healthy one.

1. Oil- ½ t-sp
2. Garlic paste- 1tbsp
3. Green chillies chopped- 1 t-sp
4. Onions chopped- ½ t-sp
5. Green peas- 4-5 tbsp
6. Cucumber chopped- 1
7. Mixed vegies- 1 cup (beans, carrot, flower and potato)
8. Oats powder- 2tbsp
9. Water- 1-2 glass
10. Salt- taste
11. Turmeric powder- pinch

Firstly take a pan and add oil, add garlic paste, sauté for 1 minute then add green chilies and sauté for another 1 minute then add the green peas, cucumber and add water 1-2 glass, add salt and turmeric powder, boil for 2- 4 minutes. When the vegies are cooked add the oats powder stir continuously and cook 1 minute till it comes to soupy consistency. Finally serve the soup in bowl. Garnish with mint leaves.
