1. Poha crushed- ½ cup
2. Sooji- ¼ cup
3. Sour curd- ½ cup
Ingredients for seasoning
1. Oil- 1 t-sp
2. Mustard seeds- ½ t-sp
3. Cumin seed- ½ t-sp
4. Curry leaves- 8-10
5. Chana dal- ½ t-sp
6. Parboiled peas- 2tbsp
7. Carrot- ½ chopped finely
8. Turmeric powder- pinch
9. Salt- taste

Firstly take poha, rawa and curd and make a nice batter consistency and leave it aside for 10 minutes. Then secondly, take a seasoning pan and tart putting all the seasonal ingredients into the seasoning pan. Thirdly put the seasoning into the muffin batter and mix and beat well and finally add ¼ tsp of fruit salt to the batter and mix well and pour it in the muffin mould. Leave it half filled and bake in a pre-heated steamer for 15-20 minutes. Finally when the muffins are ready unmould and it is ready to be served with ketchup.
