1. Milk—1/2 cup
2. Black dates -4-5 tbsp
3. Sugar- 4 tbsp
4. Rajma soaked—125 gm (1 cup)
5. Oil -3/4 tsp (12 ml)
6. Oats – ¼ cup
7. Cocoa powder- 1 ½ tsp
8. Salt – to taste
9. Vanilla essence- 5 -7 drops

FIRSTLY, pressure cook the soaked rajma for 3 -4 whistles and keep aside to cool. Secondly, take a mixer jar and put the dates, milk and sugar crush it together. Then put the boiled rajma to it, oil ,oats, cocoa, salt and essence and blend all ingredients well. Thirdly, take the cup cake moulds , grease it with oil and fill three-fourths of it with batter. Sprinkle choco chip on top of it. Then in a pre-heated oven bake for about 25- 30 minutes at 180*. Then remove it, cool it on a wire rack and the rajma fudge is ready . Garnish with chocolate sauce on top of it and few mix nuts.
